Two big releases dropping over the next week or so from two of dnb's hottest and most in demand producers. First up is Rockwell's 12" for Shogun Audio which features Full Circle backed with My War. Rather than releasing these tunes on sister label SGN:LTD Rockwell first single for the Shogun famo is being released on the Shogun Audio proper which says a lot about this guy's reputation.

Next up is a debut single for Stray, his 12" for Critical sees a release this week with Erase and Locked Up on the flip. A massive release for someone destined to make a big impact in the scene over the years to come. Keep ya eyes/ears peeled for this one! It's a biggie!

Outside The Box B****es

Details have finally emerged of Skream's long awaited and much hyped sophomore album on Tempa. It has been announced today that the album, entited 'Outside The Box' will be released on 26th July (not tooooooo long). Here's the full tracklist, with a few surprises in that 'Give You Everything' and Skream's collab with the Newham Generals 'I Can't Wait' do not feature for some reason. They may be coming on the bonus tracks but thought they would be leading the LP, at least in my opinion anyway given the hype around those tunes. Either way this album looks set to be very big indeed!

There will also be another Skreamizm before the year's end as well as the Magnetic Man album so lots to look forward to!

RAMP Launch New UK Funky Imprint

Uber label RAMP Recordings are launching a new sister label, which is set to focus on releasing the work of the UK's top house and funky producers at the moment, with the label's first release to come from Welsh house producer and FACT one to watch Doc Daneeka. He will release his Deadly Rhythm EP on 24th May. Exciting news this!

R.I.P. Guru

Legendary New York MC Guru passed away yesterday after a long battle with cancer. Our thoughts are with his family and friends at this heartbreaking time.

Kode 9's DJ Kicks

The tracklisting for Kode9's forthcoming DJ Kicks compilation was revealed yesterday adding further hype to what looks set to be the biggest compilation release of the year so far, so Autonomic. Artists represented include Hyperdub wunderkinds Zomby, Ikonika, Cooly G, DVA, as well as Digital Mystikz, The Bug and Ramadanman. Stand out tunes and mixes include the mix of Mala's Mountain Dread March into Zomby's 8-bit anthem Godzilla, heard this mix for the first time at Exodus / DMZ back in February and it was a highlight of the night. Guido's Anidea

News emerged yesterday that purple producer Guido will release his debut long player on Peverelist's Bristol based label Punch Drunk, and it's not gonna be that long a wait either! The album, entitled 'Anidea' will be released in May 2010 and is set to be a big one! Mount Kimbie Remixes

Hotflush's Mount Kimbie are set to release 2 remix 12" in the coming months. Ramadanman for Hessle Audio

News today that the next release on the mighty Hessle Audio will be a 6 track EP from label co-founder Ramadanman due to be released on April 5th. Tracks featuring on the EP include the massive tunes No Swing, Bleeper and Don't Change For Me, as well as Tumble, A Couple More Years and I Beg You. Can't wait for this release!

Benga 'Phaze One' EP

Scuba 'Before'

Video from one of the tunes from Scuba's forthcoming long player, 'Triangulation'. This tune is called 'Before' and the video is a collaboration between Scuba and Sam Geer. Traingulation is released later this month on Hotflush Recordings.

Sbtrkt for Young Turks and Brainmath

Sbtrkt has got a fair few releases lined up over the next couple of months. On March 12th Young Turks will release the Sbtrkt tunes 'Rundown' and 'Soundboy Shift'. This will be a super exclusive release, limited to only 500 copies. Later in March, his remix of Jose James' 'Warrior' (a cover of Benga's 'Emotions') will be released on a 12" on Gilles Peterson's Brownswood Recordings, along with remixes from Rockwell and Jas Wan. Finally, he's got a 2 x 12" double pack EP coming out on Brainmath, the super limited edition vinyl label, who in the past have released Zomby and Falty DL material, and so far this year some James Blake bits too! The tracks on that are '2020', 'Jamlock', 'Oneweekover' and 'Pauseforthought'. Big ting for Sbtrkt in twenty-ten!!

Scuba 'Triangulation' LP

Details are emerging of Scuba's second LP, entitled Triangulation. It will be dropping on March 22nd on Hotflush Recordings so it's not even that far away! I saw him last night at Exodus /DMZ and he was next level so I'm very excited to hear this. Full tracklist below:
